Leticia Zecca Ross is an attorney licensed in California and in Brazil. Graduated from PUC-RJ, Leticia also holds a postgraduate degree from UERJ, and a Master of Laws from Georgetown Law University (Washington, DC). Passionate about the law and access to justice, Leticia is a servant leader who puts people first. She has built her career through hard work and study. Leticia is fluent in Portuguese, English, and knowledgeable in Italian and Spanish.
As a lawyer and former public defender, Leticia understands the importance of access to justice and the role it plays in ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to have their rights protected and their voices heard. She says she has been lucky to have had many opportunities to work on complex cases throughout her career and has been able to deliver results even in the most challenging circumstances.
Leticia believes that the key to success in any negotiation is the ability to understand the other party’s position and find common ground. She is a great listener and is always willing to go above and beyond to find a solution that works for everyone. Born in Brazil, and part of a second generation Italian immigrants, Leticia is proud of her heritage, passionate about Brazilian and Italian culture, and is committed to promoting the positive aspects of these cultures, both in her professional and personal life.
Meet Mitchell Smith, an experienced attorney with over seven years dedicated to tax law. Mitchell has a proven track record of representing clients before various tax authorities, including the IRS, FTB, CDTFA, and EDD, as well as in front of the US Tax Court.
Mitchell’s expertise lies in resolving tax disputes at the audit and appeal levels of the IRS. He has successfully negotiated favorable tax deficiency settlements for his clients and has secured tax-exempt status for new organizations, as well as advised existing tax-exempt organizations.
Mitchell’s experience also extends to real estate taxation, federal and state worker classification reviews, foreign bank account disclosures, and collection issues, including Offer in Compromise and Installment Agreements. His clients trust him for his ability to provide effective legal representation and his comprehensive understanding of tax laws and regulations.
Additionally, Mitchell has considerable experience with the Employee Tax Retention Credit, helping business claim large amounts of tax credits. He understands the intricacies of this credit and helps businesses claim the maximum amount they are entitled to.

Brianna was born and raised in sunny San Diego, California, where she developed a deep love for the ocean and outdoor activities. Her parents immigrated from Mexico, instilling in her a strong connection to her heritage and a passion for multiculturalism.
Growing up in a bilingual household, Brianna became fluent in both English and Spanish at an early age. Her language skills have been invaluable in her personal and professional life, allowing her to connect with people from different backgrounds and cultures. Brianna’s passion for exploring new cultures and meeting people from all walks of life has led her to travel to 16 countries around the world. Her travels have given her a unique perspective on life and a deep appreciation for diversity and inclusion.
